The penalty for drunk driving should me much more severe, and include mandatory prison time. Let’s thank God that only a passenger was killed, and not an oncoming minivan full of children.

This guy took his own life into his hands when he got in the car with someone he should have known was drunk.

This is not a tragedy, it is a consequence of irresponsibility; Hopefully some people will learn from it.
