Patricia A. Campbell-Castro describes herself as an evangelist and her hair care ministry as a full service salon that emphasizes spirituality and holistic healing. Patricia Hair Care Ministry LLC is located on 1816 E. Michigan Ave. “When they come to the hair care ministry, there is nothing here but them and the spirit of God. And myself, of course,” Campbell-Castro explains that aside from discussing biblical scripture and listening to Christian music, she discusses problems and everyday life with her clients.

Added 11/17/09 11:30pmHorticulture graduate student Amanda Taylor explains a research project that aims to make Christmas tree production more environmentally efficient. Instead of cutting Christmas trees and then throwing them away, they are harvesting potted trees that consumers can plant after it is used for the holidays. Taylor explains how researchers collect and analyze tree data to make the business more “green.”

The Spartans are unbeaten in seven games and lead the nation with nine wins.
But, maybe best of all, MSU swept Michigan this weekend, avenging last year when the Wolverines defeated the Spartans in all five meetings between the archrivals.
MSU head coach Rick Comley talks about the team’s success so far this season, the atmosphere at Munn Ice Arena on Saturday night and the leadership in the Spartans’ locker room.

Along with the showing of the film was a costume contest for the best zombie costume. Some of the entrants explain how they feel about zombies.
