It was an insightful and passionate account of the situation for some Afghani women struggling to stay free of violence in their streets and homes.We also appreciated Jacobsons reflection on the relationship between our rights at home and the rights of women in other countries.Too often citizens in the U.S. -

I am writing about the Lent article that Kate Jacobson wrote titled Students find new approach to Lent SN 225. In the article she stated that Lent is a religious observance of Jesus fasting for 40 days before his crucifixion. That is absolutely not correct. -
